Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

As a small, independent brand, we take great care in packing and shipping each order ourselves. Every Dou So piece is handmade, and we ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic & International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Handmade Items: Due to the artisanal nature of our glassware, slight variations in color, shape, and size may occur—this is part of what makes each piece unique.

You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Dou So pieces! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. However, please note the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition to qualify for a return. Any items returned in unsellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you'd like a different item, we can offer an exchange or store credit.

Custom Orders & Final Sale Items: Custom orders, bespoke pieces, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

DAMAGES & ORDER ISSUES

We take great care in packaging our items, but if your piece arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopdouso.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Damaged Items: If the damage is confirmed, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
